These Guidelines explain how Hazelbit SRL's partners, customers, and corporate clients may communicate about their use of Hazelbit Services (NFTs, Certificates, ESG programs) in marketing, PR, and social media.
• Ensure accuracy and avoid greenwashing
• Protect Hazelbit's brand integrity
• Promote responsible environmental communication
These Guidelines apply to:
using Hazelbit ESG Certificates for CSR reporting
promoting their Hazelbit trees
influencers, media, and partners mentioning Hazelbit
Claims must reflect the actual service purchased.
Always indicate what Hazelbit Certificates represent (tree sponsorship, indicative CO₂ sequestration).
Clarify that Hazelbit Certificates are not carbon credits and cannot be used for regulated offsetting.
Logos and visuals must follow Hazelbit's Intellectual Property Policy.
Clients and users may say, for example:
"Our company sponsored 100 hazelnut trees through Hazelbit."
"Each Hazelbit tree sequesters approx. 60 kg CO₂ per year on average."
"We hold Hazelbit ESG Certificates, symbolizing our environmental commitment."
"Through Hazelbit NFTs, we support sustainable hazelnut farming in Moldova & Romania."
The following claims are misleading and not allowed:
"We are now carbon neutral thanks to Hazelbit."
"Hazelbit Certificates are official carbon offsets under UN/Paris Agreement."
"Guaranteed return on investment from Hazelbit NFTs."
"Hazelbit ensures fixed CO₂ removal per tree."
The Hazelbit logo may be used only with written approval.
Certificates may be shared in CSR/marketing materials unaltered.
Branding must not be used in political, religious, or offensive campaigns.
• Always tag Hazelbit official accounts when posting about Certificates/NFTs
• Use clear disclaimers where ESG claims are made (e.g., "indicative sequestration, not official offset")
• Do not create unofficial Hazelbit profiles, hashtags, or campaigns
Hazelbit may highlight selected corporate partners as "Hazelbit CSR Partners" on its website and channels.
Participation is optional — companies may opt out by notifying Hazelbit in writing.
Hazelbit reserves the right to:
of misleading communications
in case of misuse
if greenwashing occurs
