This Policy explains Hazelbit SRL's rules regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for digital Services, NFTs, and tokens. It balances consumer protection with the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
This Policy applies to:
• $HZBT Utility Tokens
• $HZTR NFTs (Tree Certificates with Harvest Benefit)
• Hazelbit Digital ESG Certificates
• All related Services accessed via hazelbit.ro
Due to the digital and blockchain-based nature of our products:
• Once purchased and issued, tokens and NFTs cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled.
• Transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• This rule exists because Hazelbit cannot technically reverse blockchain records.
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Consumer Code), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
• Digital content once delivered, if the consumer gave consent and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights.
• Financial services linked to market fluctuations beyond the trader's control.
• Blockchain tokens and NFTs, which are unique, personalized, and recorded irreversibly.
• Consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
• Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the blockchain transaction is executed.
Hazelbit may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund or replacement only in the following limited cases:
accidental double payment for the same order.
tokens or NFTs not issued due to a verified system error.
if payment was made with stolen credentials (subject to investigation and AML procedures).
• Issued within 14 business days, in the same method of payment where possible.
• Adjusted for network fees, gas fees, and administrative costs.
• Physical deliveries (hazelnuts) are non-refundable once shipped.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Hazelbit bears no liability.
• If Hazelbit cancels delivery due to force-majeure, an alternative (credits or replanting) will be offered.
Hazelbit reserves the right to cancel a transaction or suspend an account if:
• Fraud, AML, or sanctions violations are suspected.
• The user breaches the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Payment was reversed, declined, or unauthorized.
In such cases, NFTs/tokens may be frozen or re-assigned where legally permitted.

Before purchasing any digital assets, please carefully read all terms and policies. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature, and this policy reflects technical limitations rather than arbitrary restrictions.
