All intellectual property related to Hazelbit SRL ("Hazelbit") is the exclusive property of Hazelbit unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to:
• Company name, logos, trademarks
• Slogans and trade dress
• Website content, texts, images
• Graphics and certificates
• Software, apps, smart contracts
• Wallet technology
• Plantation data, CO₂ calculations
• ESG reporting methodology
• Marketing materials
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hazelbit Services, NFTs, and Certificates for personal or corporate CSR/ESG purposes.
• Users may share Hazelbit Certificates in annual reports, social media posts, websites, and press releases only if not misleading and with proper attribution.
• Users may not edit, alter, or remove Hazelbit branding or metadata.
Without prior written consent from Hazelbit, you may not:
Use Hazelbit trademarks, logos, or designs for commercial products.
Create derivative works based on Hazelbit Certificates or NFTs.
Use Hazelbit's brand in political, religious, or offensive contexts.
Resell Hazelbit Certificates outside the permitted NFT marketplaces.
Register or attempt to register confusingly similar trademarks, domain names, or social handles.
Corporate clients may use Hazelbit branding and Certificates in:
Important: Such use requires written approval from Hazelbit and must comply with theESG & Carbon Claims Policy. Hazelbit reserves the right to revoke authorization if claims are misleading.
Purchasing an NFT ($HZTR) gives the holder a right to the associated benefits (e.g., Harvest Benefit, Certificate), not ownership of Hazelbit's IP.
NFT artwork, metadata, and brand elements remain Hazelbit property.
NFT holders may display their NFT for personal or corporate use, but cannot exploit it commercially beyond the rights explicitly granted.
If you believe Hazelbit's intellectual property is being misused, report it to:info@hazelbit.ro. Hazelbit will investigate and may take legal action.

Send legal notices
Terminate user accounts
Seek damages in court
